ADVENTpds' guiding principle is that the client's interests are primary. In essence, we become an extension of the Owner's staff. Members of ADVENTpds' project management team have been developing assets for hospitality projects for more than 30 years. As such, we understand each project is unique with regard to culture, the decision making process and goals and objectives. We will work with the client from the point of setting goals and objectives for the overall project to completing the building and coordinating the installation of Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment.

Principals of ADVENTpds have a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. With the complex issues facing this project, it is important to choose a project management team who not only understands individual aspects of this project, but understands how aspects relate, how to communicate issues to the client and its users, and how to do all of this within an aggressive budget and schedule.
