- Advent is one of three nationwide providers of development management services for CarMax in
implementing their store expansion program. Advent is currently managing various stages of
development or construction management stores in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Maryland,
Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana, Kentucky, Alabama and California from its Atlanta office
- Sites range from 6 acres to 25 acres in size with building development from 14,000 GSF to 72,000
GSF dependent upon market
