We will work with the client and operator to establish the project program which will be the basis for the initiation of the design process. The program will be based on the criteria of the operator and intended use. The development of the project program will also take into account various market conditions and competitive set properties. We will make comparisons to time tested metrics and comparisons to ensure that various components of the program make sense and that the project is as efficient as possible. It is critical to establish this at the start of the project and make sure that the design team understands and agrees with the program.
