It is the role of ADVENTpds to keep the team focused on the client's project objectives. We require balanced discussions to occur, and the final direction is that which most closely meets the client's objectives. ADVENTpds will track progress in resolving open items through detailed action lists. ADVENTpds will conduct frequent project meetings to ensure that the team is focused and progress is being made in accordance with the project schedule. |
