Manage Scope


A key aspect of ADVENTpds' responsibility on a project is to ensure that the project scope stays consistent with agreed upon project criteria and the established project program. This is critical in maintaining control of the project and keeping the project within budget and on schedule. ADVENTpds will work diligently with the project team and consistently and continually check scope against the program and budget. ADVENTpds will establish a differentiation document to clearly communicate the scope and who is responsible for various components of the project. This will ensure that the entire team understands the project scope and that there will be no gaps in the project scope. ADVENTpds will continually perform detailed reviews of the project documents to ensure that the scope remains under control.
