Contracts are rigorously negotiated and administered with every design consultant and contractor, with particular attention paid to coordinating the myriad of detail. ADVENTpds ensures the value created in its projects by constantly identifying, then mitigating, the elements of risk from the first development step to delivery of the keys to the Owner and Operator.

ADVENTpds management procedures bring the complexity of project development under control. Experience-tested programs define and implement the project goals, team strategies, organizational and staffing structures, and detailed reporting systems.

ADVENTpds offers a very specific value-added service that is unique and time-tested over hundreds of successful projects. The collaborative project management methodology us es CPM (Critical Path Method) Scheduling as the primary driver for the entire project team. Architects, engineers, contractor and owner work as a cohesive team to control the project schedule; and therefore, successfully anticipate challenges in advance, correct problems as they occur, all with the overall result of effective cost control on the job. Our Project Directors are highly trained and experienced on both Primavera and Microsoft Project Software, used as primary tools of the Collaborative Method. They will use one of these tools to run real-time project updates in project meetings to keep the team focused on both short term and long term goals.

Also as a value added services, ADVENTpds has additional staff with significant experience in the building industry and their experience will be drawn on for additional input on the process and implementation of this project.
