ADVENTpds has Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) forms for various design, engineering and other consultants which could be adapted for the Project's unique requirements. We have also developed Forms of Agreement that are fair, yet user-oriented. As a result, the Project Team selection process is focused and expedited. The potential Project Team members receive the information they require to put together a full, responsive and competitive proposal, and the time duration is shortened as well.

In addition to the client's representatives and Adventpds' professionals, the Project Team would consist of:

Project Architect
Interior Designer
Preconstruction Services Consultant and/or General Contractor;
Engineers (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Environmental, Etc.);
Other Project Consultants (Environmental, Audio Visual, Graphics, Etc.)
Operations Consultants (Spa, Restaurants, Retail, Golf)
