Mr. Williams has over 35 years of experience in the project management of various types of construction and development projects throughout the United States, Asia and the Caribbean. Through the past 25 years Chuck’s experience has been focused directly in the hospitality sector. Chuck has managed the design and construction of a wide range of projects with full responsibility for project buy-out and implementation from initial conception through occupancy.

Chuck’s first involvement in the hospitality industry was as Project Manager for Marriott on the LaJolla Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. Early delivery of that project resulted in an immediate sale of the project and significant financial benefit to the organization. In 1990 Chuck pursued an opportunity in the international market and was appointed Sr. Project Director of the Park Lane Hotel and Office complex in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 1992 he joined the Lippo Group and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer on the Carita Beach Resort & Condominiums and the Puncak Resort developments. Returning to the U.S. in 1997 Chuck established a new office in Phoenix Arizona for Prime Pointe Construction and executed a number of hotel renovations and airport improvement projects across the country.

Chuck then joined Hardin Capital in 2000 and relocated to Bermuda as Senior Project Director on the redevelopment of the Castle Harbor Resort, now known as Tuckers Point Club. In 2003 he was appointed Executive Vice President – Design & Construction of Tuckers Point Club and established and in-house construction management group that completed the $300 million dollar project, including the Five Star Tuckers Point Resort Hotel & Spa.
