Qualifications
A senior design and construction executive and registered architect with twenty eight years of experience, primarily in the design and construction of corporate and broadcasting facilities for international companies such as Turner Broadcasting and The Coca-Cola Company. Ken, as president of ADVENTpds, offers full project management services for corporations and developers. Ken has an excellent track record of managing successful design projects in fast-paced, budget and schedule conscious organizations both domestically and internationally.

Project Experience
- Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle - New York, New York
As Senior Executive of Turner Properties, Ken directed the Turner Broadcasting component of this significant Manhattan project including over 400,000 sq ft, valued at over $400 million. The total complex is 2.8 million sq ft of mixed uses includ
ing condominiums, a Mandarin Oriental Hotel, high-end retail, office space and Jazz at Lincoln Center performance venues. Ken was the executive on the project for over 7 years directing all work for Turner Properties' occupancy. The building is a joint venture between the parent company, Time Warner, and the developer, The Related Companies. The team worked as a joint venture on the core and shell and the Turner Properties team, under Ken's leadership, separately managed the build-out of the office space, various amenities, and the studios and newsrooms for CNN's New York operations. The project was completed almost 2 months ahead of schedule and $25 million under budget.
- The Omni Hotel Expansion Tower - Atlanta, Georgia
The project, completed in 2003, was a joint venture between Turner and Omni Hotels. This 650 room hotel tower was added to the existing Omni Hotel to bring the total room count to 1100. The new tower included 2 ballrooms and meeting rooms totaling over 120,000 sq ft. This $100 million project was completed 2 months early and $1.5 million under budget. The existing hotel was also renovated and the completed hotel was raised from a 3 Star to a 4 Star rating.
- Techwood Entertainment Campus
This project encompassed the construction of a two building complex in Atlanta, totaling 330,000 sq ft with a 1000 car parking garage. The $165 million project was completed in 2002 and includes office space and the Network Operations Center for the Entertainment Group at Turner. This highly technical building supports the broadcast operations for over 30 separate cable networks.
In his role as Executive of Design and Construction in multiple corporations, Ken and his teams have built over 2500 project worth over $2 billion. Many of the projects involved highly complex systems and significant coordination with specialty designers, contractors and owner interests. Ken's has specialized in leading organizations that are qualified and capable of tackling these challenging projects.

Professional Affiliations
In addition to membership in the Atlanta AIA, Ken serves as Vice President/President-Elect. Ken has also been a long standing member and currently serves on the board of Atlanta CoreNet (Corporate Real Estate Network), IFMA (International Facilities Management Association), ULI (Urban Land Institute) and served as President of the Atlanta IFMA Chapter in 2001.
Ken also chaired the Development Council of the Georgia Tech College of Architecture, and has been President of the College of Architecture Alumni Committee, and currently serves as Chair of the Architecture Program Advisory Board.
