Qualifications
Michael has a diverse construction background with over 14 years being dedicated to building Four Star and Five Star Resorts and Hotels. His 34 years of construction experience has also included extensive multifamily, site work and Federal Government work, as well assembling and managing Design-Build Teams.
As the Senior Project Director, Michaels responsibilities include providing daily leadership to the project team. He is directly responsible to the client for all the phases of management of the construction process. In this management position Michael will interact with the Owner and the General Contractor to ensure that the design team provides timely information, required to support the field activities. Michael will oversee the solicitation and selection process of trades and vendors that will be contracted directly to the owner. Michael will assist the owner in managing those trades
