Qualifications
Paul has experience in a variety of development arenas, including hospitality, retail, office/mixed use and multi-family residential developments. Over the years he has gained great experience in the field working his way up to project director. Paul oversees all aspects of the development process for multiple jobs simultaneously and his specialty includes due-diligence, zoning, permitting, design review, construction oversight, budget and schedule responsibility as well as quality assurance.
