Rob began his career in construction and project management after returning from overseas and being honorably discharged from the Army. Rob relocated to Las Vegas and became Project Manager for a large construction company, specializing in hotels and casinos. Rob worked with many architects and interior design firms, overseeing the design, construction and furnishing of all facets of hotels and casinos.

Rob has also worked with Rider Levett Bucknall, as Senior Project Manager. From 2007 to 2010 Rob was the sole Project Manager for their hotel renovation program, managing the design, contracting, furnishing, budgeting and scheduling, while coordinating all consultants and contractors.
